Little Knits in CashLuxe Fine

Melissa from Espace Tricot just sent me these photos of the sweetest little knits! It’s the Guacamole Sweater by Nicole Montgomery knit up in our CashLuxe Fine in Pumpkin. Also the Gathering Stripes Sweater by Veera Vรคlimรคki also knit up in CashLuxe Fine in Tumbled Stone and Natural. And finally, the Little Sister’s Dress (Kjole til lillesรธster) by Tora Frรธseth Design knit in CashLuxe Fine in Orchid.

I actually really love how the Gathering Stripes sweater has lighter coloured stripes and a slightly darker main colour. I don’t know how she does it… Veera seems to make the simplest stripes look stylish and modern (I just bought her “Life on Sundays” pattern yesterday!).

These photos tempt me to cast on for a little baby sweater (especially since we’ve had a few new babies arrive just before the close of the year of the Dragon). And the Guacamole Sweater only takes ONE skein of yarn. It’s the kind of thing I could be down for. I’m already knitting a baby Antler cardigan but this gives me ideas for the next project…

I clicked through on your link to Veera’s “Life on Sundays” shawl, and immediately put it at the top of my wish list! Gorgeous. What colours (and fibre) are you going to do it in?

Isn’t it lovely?! I started one on the weekend with Bison for the top and I’m thinking of Wisteria or Woodland for the bottom… but I am still waffling :)

Having just received your colour cards (happiness is!) – Boheme or Tavern. :) Waffle on.
