I always try to design something engaging. So I hope that knitters will enjoy the challenge of working with several stitch patterns and perhaps a few new stitches that they haven’t encountered before.
Rich lace in bold colours are enough to captivate, but when knit in our luxuriously warm Superwash Worsted, the results are positively sumptuous. The construction of Cathedral Grove by Moira Engel remains simple, allowing the hue and stitches to remain the focus. It’s an accessory you’ll want to knit over and over again.
Moira’s Tip for Knitting Cathedral Grove
The pattern contains charts and so I highly recommend a pattern stand! Mine changed my life! My husband made me a book stand, then I propped a dollar store magnet board on it. With the help of some strip magnets and some magnetic hooks, I am always organized…for knitting anyways.

- Favorite way to spend the holidays: with family, always! That and cooking. Cooking and baking with family is the best.
- Favorite holiday colours: gold and cranberry
- Favorite holiday treat: steamed Christmas pudding with hard sauce. Mmmmm…
- Favorite thing to wear for a fancy holiday event: it’s wonderful to be able to haul out those fancy lace shawls to show off!
