Knitting, SweetGeorgia

Sangria Sunset by Tabetha Hedrick

Delicate lace against a backdrop of short bursts of colours is like a dream, as if the setting sun spreading out its silky hues of purple and pinks amongst the clouds. Light, soft, and sweet, this lovely scarf is a dreamy accessory to both knit and wear. Oh, and did I mention, because we love you, this knitting pattern is a freebie!

Our Flaxen Silk Fine is delightfully versatile in this piece, offering both drape and stitch definition. I think you’ll especially like the way you can change up the pattern to suit your personality. For a wider scarf, simply add more stitches by 10. This scarf is worked flat in two halves and then grafted in the middle. When unwinding your skein, it is easier to divide it in half by weight so as to use up as much of the yarn as possible when knitting each half.
