Knitting, SweetGeorgia

Tiding by Charlotte Lee

“To turn a drawing into a physical, usable item is my favorite thing about designing. Coming from an art school background, it is natural for me to turn ideas and inspirations into reality.” – Charlotte

Charlotte Lee, our Assistant Production Manager with the most charming smile, has entered the world of “Designer” with her debut shawl for our Holidays with SweetGeorgia, Vol. 3 collection, Tiding. With two colours of CashLuxe Spark and a delectable combination of garter and brioche stitch, this shawl is the epitome of depth and texture. Designed to use up every inch of yarn, knitters of every level will savor the completion of this gorgeous accessory.

The shawl is constructed by repeating garter stitch, striping, and brioche stitch, which slowly grow into an asymmetrical shape. After binding off the last repeat, stitches are picked up on the right side and worked into a garter stitch colour block.
