When more than one skein of the same colourway is ordered, we will ensure to ship you the same dye lot. We dye in batches of 8’s, so if more than 8 skeins are ordered, we will need to ship you two different dye lots that will be very close to each other. Variations will naturally exists, even within the same dye lots for hand dyed yarns. Please alternate between 2 – 3 skeins for optimal colour blending. Please note the following colourways can only be dyed in batches of 4’s:

Swatch first and wash your swatches to see how the colours will react before working on colour work or big projects. Depending on the shade and intensity of the darker colour, we recommend that you pre-wash their skeins before using…just like you would separate your brand new dark blue jeans from your whites.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our normal processing time prior to shipping is 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us directly by phone or email to ensure the item is actually in stock.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please ship your item for return or exchange to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return, as well as any clearance fees, customs and/or duty charged upon receipt of your parcel. To avoid any additional fees, we recommend shipping your parcel via Canada Post or USPS and declare the items as “returned goods”.
Please allow adequate time to receive your package and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Upon receipt and inspection of your returns, we will process the refund. Depending on your method of payment, it may take a couple of business days for you to see the refund in your account.
Please do not ship items to our Blaine location as we will incur extra fees, and it will take much longer to get back to us. If you do ship to our Blaine location, we will process your refund less $10 to cover the additional fees.
For Canadian Orders, we ship within Canada throughout the weekdays when stock becomes available. Orders typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive after it is processed, delivery times vary based on your location. If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us to confirm your ETA.
For US & International Orders, we ship once a week, either Wednesday or Friday depending on how many orders we have.
We try to group shipments in order to keep the shipping costs low. During promotions (i.e. Knit-alongs, Black Friday and Christmas) we will ship two to three times a week to ensure you will get your order in time.
US orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after it is processed, delivery times vary based on your location.
International orders shipped via International Air (no tracking) will vary depending on the destination country, but typically take anywhere between 2-4 weeks for arrival. Parcels shipped via First-Class International (with tracking) take on average 10-14 business days.
