How I Reset for the Year

6 January, 2023

Happy New Year everyone! It’s a brand new year, a new chapter, and I’m really looking forward to a fresh start this year.

After spending a few weeks giving myself a little bit of a break, taking some time off with my family, I am ready to start the new year again. Ready to start new projects, new videos and all sorts of things. But before we can get into any of that, I like to reset everything to do with my physical space, my mental space and my digital space before I can get going. And so in today’s Taking Back Friday vlog, I want to share with you these three things that I do to start off every new year.

I’m very curious about what you do to reset your year. Do you set new year’s resolutions or new goals and intentions? Do you have a word of the year? What is it that you do to get started with the new year? I would love to hear from you in the comments.

I am going to share more about my goals for this coming year, and specifically what I want to make this year, in next week’s livestream version of our Taking Back Friday. So, I welcome you to join me there–Friday, January 13th and 10am PST. I would love to see you in the live chat!
