With a Vancouver winter of grey skies and endless drizzle, we all crave a little burst of sunshine to brighten our days. That’s exactly what inspired our February 2026 Secret Stash Club colourway: Fuzzy Peach. This month’s colourway is a joyful, juicy hue that channels the warmth of ripe summer peaches. With its delicate blend of orange, yellow, and gold, this colourway is designed to bring a sweet, subtle glow to your winter projects. Cast on and enjoy the sunny hues no matter how gloomy the weather outside.
THE FUZZY PEACH COLOUR STORY
In Vancouver, our winter months can feel a bit grey, rainy, and missing a shot of vitamin D. So for our February Club, we wanted to send out a bright, joyful, and juicy colour. A colour to bring some sunshine into deep winter days.
You can look at this colourway as ripe summer peaches right off the tree, or peaches ready for a peach pie. Or if you can’t imagine fresh fruit in February, we can always lean back on that sweet and tart “Fuzzy Peach” candy!
Orange, yellow, and gold shades are a challenge to dye! The undertones can make it lean towards green and ochre or towards red. We didn’t want to go too far in either direction, but we still wanted subtle shifts in hue that would show up but not overwhelm the fabric. I think our dye team hit this right on the nail with a gorgeous, light and sweet peachy gold that is colourful but still subtle in its effect.
PROJECT IDEAS
We use SweetGeorgia Tough Love Sock for everything! Socks, shawls, scarves, and sweaters—you name it! You can knit it by hand, knit it by knitting machine, weave it up as warp or weft, and you can absolutely crochet with it.
