The Wild Autumn Cardigan is a colourwork sweater knit flat from the bottom up, with set in sleeves. It was designed using our SweetGeorgia Superwash DK yarn and part of the idea is that if you have leftover skeins of yarn, you can pull them together to make this colourwork sweater. Abbye provides rough ideas to what the colours can be in the design, but she encourages you to get creative.
Felicia’s video shows how she holds her yarns when knitting flat colourwork using two hands, as well as with tacking down stitches on both the knit and purl side. Felicia’s version of the sweater uses Tough Love Sock held double, but the original design is meant for Superwash DK.
