• yarn: 2 skeins SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash DK in Aegean (256 yd / 234 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% superwash merino)
• needles: Size 6 US / 4 mm circular needles, 16″ / 40 cm
  Size 3 US / 3.25 mm circular needles, 16″ / 40 cm
  Size 6 US / 4 mm DPNs
  Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
• gauge: 22 sts and 32 rnds = 4″ / 10 cm in St st with larger needle, lightly blocked
  24 sts and 32 rnds = 4″ / 10 cm in Beg Rib pattern with smaller needle, lightly blocked
  For accurate sizing, always take time to check finished gauge.
• finished measurements: Hat brim circumference: 18 (19 ½, 21)” / 45.5 (49.5, 53.5) cm, lightly stretched
  Hat height: 9″ / 23 cm
  Mitt circumference: 8 (9 ¾” / 20.5 (25) cm, lightly stretched
  Mitt length: 9″ / 23 cm, easily adjustable
