Who doesn’t love a knit-along? There’s something special about a group of like-minded makers coming together to knit the same pattern and share their unique colour combinations. The inspiration, the connection, the support. It all adds up to something pretty wonderful.
Each year, we gather to knit a project together as a community. Whether it’s a sweater, a shawl, or something in between, we’d love for you to join us and explore knitting and colour!

Lace, Texture & Hue
Last year, we explored colourwork sweaters from two of our popular courses in the School of SweetGeorgia: Design Stranded Colourwork: Sweaters with Andrea Rangel and Stranded Colourwork Sweater with Caitlin Shepherd. Both patterns had different constructions, but both shared a unique style.
This year, we’re shifting gears toward something lighter, with a focus on lace, texture, and colour. Think a flowing, lacy scarf that moves through a series of colours, with lace that changes per section, keeping interest high and making you say, “just one more block.”

The Hebe Sunset Scarf
This beautiful design by Charlotte Lee is truly something special. Inspired by her recent trip to New Zealand, it reflects the shifting colours of the landscape and the delicate shapes of local flora.
The pattern is free for all School of SweetGeorgia and SweetGeorgia + Co members, or available for purchase through the SweetGeorgia shop.
